I don’t feel good today. Fever, headache, sore throat, cough. I went to get Covid tested. But I think it has more to do with Madeleine coughing directly into my open mouth.

I appeared briefly to go out for the test. The girls said, “daddy! Daddy!” That was the happiest I was today.

Lately Madeleine cuddles me like she used to when she was tiny. I will always love her cuddles.

Evelyn called to me from the other room, “Dada!”

“Yes, honey? What can I do for you?”

“Hiiiiiiii!”
